What I noticed

The integrated observation, written in plain English — what I tried, what happened, why it felt off. No "user voice" theater, no fake-formal product-speak. Just clear notes a teammate can read in twenty seconds.

One or two sentences on what this costs in real terms — minutes of friction, abandoned tasks, or signals about a deeper design choice worth revisiting.
